One of the most beloved films celebrated by Peaches Christ and Michael Varrati is San Francisco’s own Vegas in Space, starring Doris Fish, Miss X, Tippi, Ginger Quest and directed by the fabulous Phillip R. Ford. Vegas in Space — the first episode of the Midnight Mass podcast! — is finally beginning to get the recognition it so rightly deserves, with a screening at the Academy Museum coming up in July, hosted by Michael Varrati, in conversation with director Phillip R.
